Treatments on the menu above are performed in the hotel relaxation room.
We offer treatments to men, but only those who are hotel guests visiting with female guests.
Please understand that we may alter or decline treatments depending on your state of health.
Treatment times are approximate. (Extensions cost 1,600 yen for 10 minutes.)

Precautions for Customers Receiving Treatments

Facial treatments: Please remove necklaces, piercings, contact lenses etc. before treatment. Please let staff know if you have sensitive skin.
Body treatments: Please note that because oil is used for the treatments, clothes cannot be worn. This includes underwear as it may get stained by the treatment oil. Please let staff know if you would like paper underpants to wear during the treatment.
Reflexology: Please let staff know if you have any pain in your feet from injuries, bunions etc. 。; Please refrain from treatment if you have athlete's foot because it may be aggravated by reflexology.; We may not be able to perform treatments on people with certain conditions, so please make sure to let staff know if you have any of the following conditions:
*Dermatitis, heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, fever, high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, contagious diseases, intoxication, pregnancy, extremely poor health, or if you are currently receiving medical treatment.; You may experience tiredness, increased metabolism, thirst, sweating, and increased frequency of urination after treatment.; We do not accept any responsibility for problems that may occur after treatment. Please take care of your condition and problems following treatment yourself.

Cancellation Fees

Reservations are required for all treatments at the salon.

We will charge the following cancellation fees for late arrivals, cancellations, and rescheduling of treatments due to customers' personal preferences.

*Cancellation from up to 2 days prior to treatment	50%
*Cancellation without informing us	100%
*Rescheduling fee (not required for changes of less than 30 minutes)	1,000 yen flat rate per treatment
