"Pleasure Plan" Reservations
- You can book rooms on our benefit-filled pleasure plan directly from the hotel website.
(Rooms are secured once reservations have been processed.) - Fill in your details as instructed to complete the reservation.
- An email confirming your reservation will be sent to the email address that was used for member registration.
(*If you are not registered as a member before booking, you will not be able to make modifications to your reservations. To alter your reservation, you will need to cancel and re-book rooms or contact us by email directly.)

Cancellation on your scheduled arrival date: 100% of the room rate Cancellation on the day before your scheduled arrival date: 70% of the room rate Cancellation up to seven days before your scheduled arrival date: 40% of the room rate -
- Cancellation without contacting us (no shows)
- We charge the following cancellation fee for customers who do not contact us to cancel (no shows).
