The hotel is not a specified pet accommodation facility. However, we do have three recently opened pet-friendly rooms with open-air baths in the annex.
Pets cannot be brought into other guest rooms. Pets are only allowed in the first floor of the annex.
The hotel is wheelchair accessible, and several rooms have been renovated to be wheelchair accessible: barrier-free Japanese-western style rooms with open-air baths in the main building have accessible toilets, spacious rooms, balconies, and large open-air baths with handrails.
